    All of our products are handmade and fair trade. Each seamstress receives a fair wage per piece that she makes at the end of every week.

  • Recycled Fabric

    Our fabrics are purchased as remnants that are leftover from larger companies in Cambodia. This remnant fabric reduces waste. This also means fabric is limited.

  • Holistic Workplace

    We strive to create a safe and sustainable work environment. In the workshop we provide lunch everyday, optional Bible study each Wednesday, and maternity leave for staff.

  • BYTAVI Staff & Seamstresses

    Each product is produced with care from first sketch to final product. BYTAVI employs 20 seamstresses, 10 staff members in Cambodia, and 6 staff members in the U.S.

Flattering Pencil Skirt with Coverage

I don’t like short skirts, so it’s nice to have this comfortable option that is longer with a slit! This is the third Bytavi pencil skirt I’ve bought-they are comfortable and can make a casual outfit a little more dressed up!
