    All of our products are handmade and fair trade. Each seamstress receives a fair wage per piece that she makes at the end of every week.

  • Recycled Fabric

    Our fabrics are purchased as remnants that are leftover from larger companies in Cambodia. This remnant fabric reduces waste. This also means fabric is limited.

  • Holistic Workplace

    We strive to create a safe and sustainable work environment. In the workshop we provide lunch everyday, optional Bible study each Wednesday, and maternity leave for staff.

  • BYTAVI Staff & Seamstresses

    Each product is produced with care from first sketch to final product. BYTAVI employs 20 seamstresses, 10 staff members in Cambodia, and 6 staff members in the U.S.

Favorite!

I love this dress! I have several slub dresses. Some are short sleeve, some are long sleeve. Some have patterns and some are plain colors. They are so comfortable, wash easily, and can be used for everyday or dressed up for more special moments. I think I will have to add this pattern to my collection!
